In January 2020 I walked away from a 30-year corporate, Human Resources career in pursuit of a life, lifestyle and work that was much more meaningful and fulfilling. The following year I attended a retreat for the first time. It was hosted by Lisa Nichols in Nassau, Bahamas. It was there that my heart and eyes were opened. I didn’t plan to fall in love, I just did.

Sometimes we have an outward journey and get an inner experience. There is nothing more transformational than an immersive experience outside of one’s usual environment. The experience can be life-changing.

When I returned from Nassau, I knew I wanted to help women experience the kind of immersive transformation I’d had in Nassau.

So, in 2022 I hosted my first in-person workshop in London, UK, and later that year, my first international retreat in Dubai. Since then, I have held many one and multi-day luxury, in-person workshop and retreat experiences in the UK, US, UAE and most recently, in Lake Como in Italy. And later this year I’ll be hosting a 6-day luxury experience in Marrakech, Morocco.

Each one of these events has been a life-changing vehicle for many women, including me.

There’s a ripple-effect sense of purpose, joy and contribution in teaching other women how to:
